The Journey Behind Banana & Byte
Before Banana & Byte existed, I spent twenty years in software and hardware concept design — researching, developing, and integrating systems where clarity, precision, and thoughtful problem‑solving were essential. It was a world built on understanding how things work and how people interact with them.
In 2011, life shifted. My wife and I launched our first business — and I built our website from scratch, the first of many. She has spent over twenty years in the beauty and wellness industry, and her instinct for what feels welcoming and visually balanced has always been a quiet influence in the background. Those early projects taught me how clarity, warmth, and thoughtful design can shape a brand.
As our two daughters grew into their teenage years, something opened up: time, space, and the chance to return to the creative work I’d always loved. That renewed freedom brought me back to design with fresh energy and perspective — and ultimately led to the creation of Banana & Byte.
Today, I bring all of that with me: the precision of R&D, the clarity of software design, and the warmth of building something meaningful from the ground up.
